Your quote within 24 hoursA birthday has a date, and so does a weekend with friends. We would rather set out plainly what is possible here than let you discover the rules on arrival. The estate covers 23 hectares planted with 450 olive trees in Barjols, with no neighbours in sight, between the Sainte-Baume and Mont Aurelien. It is a private property, not a function venue, and that difference changes everything.
The two houses can be rented separately or together. Le Jas des Papillons sleeps 16 guests in 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, with a secured private pool. Le Chalet des Papillons adds 2 bedrooms for 4 people and a pool of its own. Together they reach 20 beds and two pools, enough for a 40th birthday or a hen weekend without anyone feeling crowded, between table tennis, volleyball and badminton.
The ground rules, in writing
- A seated meal for 20 fits under the panoramic veranda, outside by the barbecue or in front of the fireplace.
- Guests who are not staying overnight are welcome in limited numbers, and that cap is written into your quote.
- Light sound systems are allowed, and evening cut off times are agreed in writing before you arrive.
- Open parties, professional sound rigs and undeclared guests are not accepted here.
- Caterers, private chefs and equipment hire firms from the Haut Var come on site, and we share our contacts.
- A specific deposit applies to stays with an event, and its amount appears on the initial quote.
